Preparation of the NR 10 Databook
NR 10 is a regulatory standard that determines safety conditions applicable not only to energy utilities, but also to ALL industrial and commercial segments that directly or indirectly interact in installations and services with electricity. This standard was updated by the Ministry of Labor through Ordinance No. 598/04 on 12/07/2004 and as it is of a MANDATORY nature, all companies must adapt to their requirements.

PRM Engenharia is specialized and experienced in matters related to NR 10 , acting in this activity since the issuance of Ordinance No. 598/04 on 12.7.2004, which defined compliance with the Standard as MANDATORY .
In these nearly 20 years of experience in Consulting NR 10 , we have identified many common problems, which must be solved by companies.
Through our experience we have created a methodology for evaluating the "Degree of Conformity" of Companies in relation to the NR-10 Medical Record and in a complete way with all the NR-10 items, which were named ScoreCard NR 10 © and NR ScoreCard -10 ©, respectively.
Thus, PRM Engenharia provides two types of assessment of the Degree of Service to NR 10 :
1. Scorecard Databook NR 10© which is a verification of the Documentation made available in the Databook of the Electric Installations, according to item 10.2.4. item a through g, with graduation from Compliance to NR 10 .

2. ScoreCard Databook NR-10© which is a verification of all NR 10 items (Items 10.2 to 10.14), with NR-10 Compliance rating.

The ScoreCard Databook NR 10© consists of a verification of the existence of the mandatory documents to be made available in the NR 10 Databook , aiming to show the general situation of Compliance of the Electric Installations Record (PIE). The Action Plan obtained in this analysis has a “macro character”, as for example regarding the existence of an Area Classification Study. If any document is not available in the PIE, it will be indicated in the Action Plan, which is in the CheckList itself, and the solution of the problem is recommended.
The complete analysis of the documentation is made in the Control Measures Report (RMC), where all the significant items defined in NR 10 are checked, with recommendations on what should be done to fully comply with NR 10 .

The NR 10 © ScoreCard consists of a complete verification (all items) of compliance and compliance with the NR 10 precepts, existence of the mandatory documents to be made available in NR 10 Databook , aiming to highlight the Compliance of the Electrical Installations Record (PIE) ) and for all NR 10 items, thus enabling the “Issuance of the NR 10 Certificate of Conformity” . (in case of complete service - 100%)
