PRM Engenharia offers Construction and Enterprise Management services. With a team that has extensive experience in the area, we can do feasibility studies, projects, planning and management of services, also acting as " Customer Engineering " with a focus on results and the impact we offer on the operational and financial performance of the activities of our clients.

PRM Engenharia offers services that cover all phases of the development of projects, from feasibility studies to entry into operation. In the public or private areas, PRM Engenharia gathers expertise to study, conceive, design, plan and manage complex investments that require the participation of a large number of agents in an integrated manner, enabling the client to remain focused on their core activity, while we apply our knowledge to meet the needs of the term, cost and quality of your investments.

For Project and Construction Management, PRM Engenharia , adopts the best practices of PMBOK® associated with the experience of several Management contracts successfully carried out by its technical team. With this, we created Dynamic and Integrated Management, where we develop our work by multidisciplinarly integrating the various sectors of our CLIENTS . From this Methodology, we can develop different types of Projects, always adapting to the needs of each contractor.

 

Upon contracting our services, the Project Team will develop:

 

Kick Off Meeting

Where the objectives of the project will be presented, the various stakeholders of both parties and their responsibilities, controls to be carried out, milestones of the project, points of attention to project risks, etc.

Project Analytical Structure

EAP will be created in order to subdivide deliveries. EAP will provide grants for the Master Schedule .

Project Management

Based on a basic project, we will be able to offer specific designers of each specialty required for the future development of the works. We support the CLIENTS'purchasing sector bydeveloping models of invitation letters, analyzing proposals and recommending hiring.

Construction Management

At this stage, we will also be able to offer companies that suit the needs and objectives of the project. Likewise, we will be present with the purchasing sector in order to support public notices, analyzes and hiring recommendations.

Within the Construction Management, we use our own models for Controls of Time, Cost and Quality. We may have a specific team for SMS Control, that is, Safety, Environment and Health.

Technical services for forwarding documents and projects will be carried out according to the needs of the CLIENTS , aiming to streamline decisions, payments and decision making.

Meetings are periodically held with those involved, in such a way that everyone is level with the information and they contain the necessary information so that they are registered with the actions and goals to be achieved.

Through our " Fast Reports ", our CLIENTS always have a broad and practically "online" view of the development of the various contracted services.

​

At the end of the works, the Services will be Received, Equipment Commissioning (AC, transformers, generators, etc.). A final document will be generated consisting of all projects in their final versions, “as built” carried out by the executors of the services, as well as catalogs and operation manuals.
