Audit and Maintenance Engineering

  • Maintenance Audit

Industrial maintenance covers services that support production, also extending to the other essential activities of our customers. However, companies often do not treat maintenance as a function of the production process, but as an “inevitable cost”. This approach ends up “masking” maintenance costs and, consequently, production / investment costs.

Would you know how to answer these questions:

1. How is the maintenance of your company being managed?

2. Are the maintenance activities in line with your company's strategic objectives?

3. Is the maintenance model employed what really provides the best cost-benefit ratio for your company's results?

4. What is your maintenance maturity level?

PRM Engenharia will help answer these and other questions regarding its current state of maintenance and, through an objective and clear diagnosis, it will indicate the possibilities for improvements as well as the opportunities for optimization of costs and investments that will positively affect both financially and qualitatively, the result of production.

The best financial audit practices, economic indicators, spare parts costs, asset exchange values, among other procedures, are made available.

Our Audit includes obtaining and understanding the internal controls of the Maintenance Process, identifying risks and weaknesses based on our inspection.

We believe that we will provide an excellent basis for a study to optimize processes and the Maintenance function in your company, delivering a proposal for a new maintenance operation model.

Our Auditors are experienced professionals and take into account the best auditing practices in Brazil and in International standards.

  •   Workplace Safety Audit in Maintenance

Maintenance services can include risk to workers. Regulatory standards from the Ministry of Labor help to minimize these risks. NR 10 is able to provide a broad view of how security is on the premises and how security concepts permeate your organization. PRM Engenharia , through a general questionnaire, provides a preliminary diagnosis of compliance with NR 10 .

Would you know how to answer these questions:

1. Is your company in compliance with current safety standards?

2. Is there a correct perception of all costs involved in an occurrence (accident) in production?

3. Is there an alignment of current security actions with the company's strategic planning?

PRM Engenharia will help answer these and other questions regarding your current security status and, through an objective and clear diagnosis, will indicate the possibilities for improvements as well as opportunities for optimizing costs and investments.

We deliver a Preliminary Diagnostic Report in accordance with NR 10 with the necessary items to carry out the complete adaptation to the List of Electrical Installations.

  • Consulting Maintenance

After defining and diagnosing the level of maturity of your maintenance, we will be able to monitor the implementation of a system of performance indicators. PRM Engenharia will be able to monitor and continuously monitor the installations and equipment, in order to guarantee that the Optimization / Cost Reduction Plan will be fulfilled in the best possible way, providing availability and reliability.

  • Facilities Management Services Management

PRM Engenharia will be able to manage the various services that support your company's infrastructure, in the technical and administrative areas.

The experience in property management and risk management, as well as the results optimization plan pointed out in the maintenance audit, will enhance the cost reduction and allow the client to focus activities on its "core business".
